We understand that your cake is often a memorable centerpiece benchmarking the harmonious union of your love, so we collaborate closely to ensure it will be the highlight of the day…aside from you and your fiance of course.
The Process
01. Oh! They put a ring on it?
Once you have chosen your wedding date please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can get the sweetest part of wedding planning underway. We limit the number of weddings we take on per year to ensure every cake and couple gets the attention and quality they deserve. We understand the importance of a seamless experience while creating a meaningful connection.
02. SCHEDULE CONSULTATION
After we review your submission, we will schedule a phone consultation to discuss your event details, design aesthetics, inspiration and budget. At this time we will guide you through the entire process brainstorming a potential design proposal, and clarifying any uncertainty so you know you are getting the cake of your dreams. We recommend that you reserve your date as soon as possible. Once you have decided to move forward, we can put together a cake tasting box.
03. FLAVOR SELECTIONS
After you and your fiance have consumed your tasting box, we will finalize your flavor selections. We then work together to create a completely customized cake that is not only delectable in taste and bold in design, but also a reflection of your style and personality. However, if you are not sure what you would like, that is fine, too! We will help you find the right design that will be the center of attention for your event.
04. FINAL DESIGN APPROVAL
Once the cake sketches are reviewed (if applicable), and the final design approved, we will provide you with a proposal and quote within a week. To move forward, a deposit of 50% is required to save the date.
Note: Design sketches for your cake, and revisions to design sketches, will only be provided at our discretion and not upon client's demand.
05. YOU’RE IN THE BOOKS!
One month prior to your event date, the remaining 50% balance is required. Based on your contract, we will arrange to drop off and set up your cake at your event and make sure that it’s as picture perfect and as flawless as you!
